Clean Eating Banana Bread


Makes 12 servings

2 cups oat four
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs
4 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons natural or greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter

1: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. 

2: Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix then add all the wet ingredients to a food processor and mix well.

3: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until there are no lumps left in the mix.

4: Put the bread mix into a greased loaf tin.

4: Cook for approximately 45-50 minutes, until cooked inside (if a skewer is inserted in the centre of the bread and comes out clean, the bread is cooked).

5: After these are cooked and completely cooled they can be stored in the freezer. Make sure to totally thaw before consuming.
