Peanut Butter Protein Fudge


Makes 3 thick or 6 thin pieces or 8 mini cups

3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
30g vanilla or unflavoured whey protein
1 teaspoon sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon maple syrup flavour (optional)

1: Melt the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in the microwave for around 30 seconds.

2: Add the other ingredients, pour the mix evenly into small cups, either make 3 thick or 6 thin pieces and put them in the freezer until they are set.

3: You can store these in the freezer and bring out 5 minutes before eating.

Batch of 3 thick pieces; 230 calories per piece | 17g fat | 9.9 sat fat | 6.6g carbs | 12.3g protein.
Batch of 6 thin pieces; 115 calories per piece | 8.5g fat | 5g sat fat | 3.3g carbs | 6.2g protein.
