Healthy Nutella


4 tablespoons hazelnut spread (I used Meridian)
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons milk
A little water to reach desired consistency
(This will thicken up once refrigerated)

1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
